Thanks @Tog, we are arriving Wednesday evening Feb 18th and staying until Saturday Feb 21st. But I'm a little nervous about these dates as other posters are saying it's a real busy week.

Let em know what you think, thanks!
Yes, that's a busy week in VT. It's not like regular midweek emptiness. Since the snow is good this year and has been for a a few weeks it is likely to be busy.
If you can switch, otherwise you go when you can go. 8-9:30am is usually pretty quiet since most activity revolves around kids who start at 10. Racer kids go at 8:30 but usually have their own trail but there are exceptions.

Thanks, when you said you were working president day week does that mean you are an instructor at Killington or Okemo? We are looking for a full day or 2 half days.

I think we may have to stick to that week, stinks but her schedule is not really work for us. :(

thanks!

If you are planning on Okemo, maybe look into getting the lesson at Jackson Gore. In general, it is quieter than the learning area at clock tower base.

So after all of your suggestions and recommendations and because of scheduling issues we ended up booking at Killington next week. We asked for any of the instructors you guys recommended and we ended up with Keith Hopkins for 2 days. Unfortunately we'll have to deal with the crowds but I think since she is in lessons both days she will not have to wait in lift lines.

Thanks for your input everyone. Epic Ski is a great site, I'm glad I found it!
