Need Help Finding Ski Pants for a Big Dude

I got a pair of XXL The North Face Freedom Insulated Pants for Christmas. They weren't even close to fitting. I couldn't even zip em up. Way way too tight.

I returned those and got a pair of XXL Columbia Ridge Run II Pants. These were close to fitting, but still too tight.

I've got a pair of Columbia ski pants that I've had for years. They're XXL and they are almost too large. I wear XXL in everything and as a matter of principle I refuse to go up to a XXXL. My waist is a 44" and my inseam is a 32".

Are there any fellow big guy skiers out there that can recommend some high quality reasonably priced ski pants that fit?

For what it's worth I figured out that the Columbia Pants that I have had for several years that do fit are the Boundary Run Insulated Pant. Unfortunately it looks like Columbia doesn't make em any more.
