IMO, 176, per all the above comments.

 

My time on the 184 at 6'2" and 195 leads me to believe that the 184 is for Axel.  I found it somewhat ridiculous in all instances except ONE very uncrowded, perfectly groomed day at Sun Valley.

 

If you like the longer length and radius of the 184, I'd think hard about going with the non-EDT version (Pro? Ti?), even at your weight.

Im #205 ish, maybe lighter at the moment. I've skied both, but would own the 176 for our local hills. Sun Valley or similar like Puff says, I'd do the 184.

Nordics Hell and Back is a great "front side ski". I ski a 193 Patron every day but this year a set of Hell and Back's would be idea for high speeds. My $.02
