Well, lucky me, we finally move to UT after being told by the Air Force where to live for 20 years and wouldn't you know it, day 29 of my season ended with a bang!
Of COURSE it happened on the entrance to a cat track in deep slushy snow. I caught my left edge and most likely sprained that knee, started to spin and caught my right edge and at the very least fractured it. I have always hated cat tracks because I just hate catching an edge which seems to happen often in them. The entrance to this particular track comes at the bottom of a pretty steep blue pitch and at almost a 90 degree angle. I was scrubbing speed by making an extra turn before entering it when the nasty happened. Deep tracks in the slush caused by people bombing into the track off the steep blue.
Anyway, seeking advice, heeling vibes, etc.
And you just KNOW the Utah snow is going to start coming now thanks to me
