New to skiing [in Colorado]

Thread Starter

So here is my background, Have snowboarded for many years and consider myself a good snowboarder.

I have started to learn to ski, have progressed pretty quickly, 7 days so far and have pretty good control on hard blues and easy blacks.

I am looking to demo some skis and just want some ideas.

I mostly ski, Copper Mtn, Winter Park/Mary Jane and Steamboat.

I would like to do trees and just have a good all round set of skis. My wife rides the Rossignal s3 from last season on everything we ride and likes them, is that a good all round ski.

I am 195lbs and 5'8".

Thanks

So i tried Sin 7's some K2's Shredinator 92's and Blizard bonafides.

I liked the Sin 7's and the K2's. the Blizards seemed a bit too stiff.

I got offered a pair of Icelandic Oracle's (2013 new) today, how would they compare to the above? I know they are womens skis but really does that matter?
