Long term test: 2016 Blizzard Samba - Page 2

Trekchick and contesstant both know about this, but my wife rolled the dice and bought a pair of Sambas at 159 length.  Her first day out on them she just couldn't bring herself to stop skiing until she absolutely had to leave for something she had planned to do late that afternoon.  Bottom line is she loved them. She's basically a blue groomer type of skier, so they are definitely easy to handle and not at all overpowering, and she commented that they just made skiing easier for her.

Our experiences with these skis and the Motive 95s I bought were very eye opening in how the manufacturers have made wide skis handle so well in such a wide range of conditions.

:D

They are fun, confidence-inspiring skis for sure!
