Kastle LX 82 - Binding location

Thread Starter

(my first post!!!)

I am getting close to purchasing (in about a month) a new set of Kastle LX 82's in 180cm.

Bio:

I am nearing 40, not overly aggressive and around 200 lbs.  I am a solid intermediate to advanced - intermediate.  I ski mostly hard pack (in the Midwest) with yearly trips out west.

I have spent days reading reviews of skis and already own a pair Kastle BMX 88's (mounted +1cm).....falling in love with them.  When I order the LX 82's it is my intention to order them flat and mount the K13 bindings on them instead of the large k12 systems bindings.

I am seeking help on where to mount the bindings on these new skis.  My BMX's were mounted up 1cm more by accident (another hole in the area) than on purpose.  Since I love the BMX's, is that more a result of the binding location or ski itself?

Thoughts?

Mount them on the white side.
