Recommendation for dry western conditions.

Intermediate-Advanced 54 year old, 160 pounds in decent shape. Ski Telluride mostly, and sometimes Steamboat.

I have been enjoying my Blizzard Bushwackers until recently, when the Colorado conditions have turned to very hard. My Bushwackers seem difficult in the rock hard bumps and have trouble on the icy steeps.

Hard conditions may continue for the rest of the season and wondering is a more traditional carver might suit me better. Tried Solomon XT850, 163cm, and they worked very well in the bumps and hard conditions.

Hoping to not spend a lot of cash.

Recommendations?

You liked what you tried, so why not just get those? Head iSupershape Titan or Rally would also be excellent skis for those conditions.
