Could my boots be holding me back?

Two years ago I bought a severly discounted pair of Alpina downhill boots. I did not consult a boot fitter but grabbed them off the shelf and bought them purely due to my cheapness. I am concerned now that they are way too flexible, and maybe just suck.

I am 5'11 and weigh about 205-210 lbs. I ski around 30-40 times a year and am determined to improve every time I ski. I would catagorize myself as a strong intermediate skier.  I have trouble with leg fatigue even though I am in good shape. Also my skis seem to react very slowly when coming out of a turn and trying to start another. Will a stiffer boot help me pop out of one turn and start another?

Impossible to answer your question.  You haven't given us any information.  What size is your foot, what size is the boot, what is the boot flex,  what is the boot model etc. etc. etc.
