Lange RS 130 versus the RS 140

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me out here.  I tried to order a pair of 2015 RS 140 boots and told they were sold out.  The store told me I should just get the RS 130's since they are the same shell.  The only difference I was told between the 130 and 140 is the liner.

I planned on getting a custom foam liner anyways.   So any thoughts are the RS 130's essentially the same as the RS 140's?

Thanks,

If you intend to foam, you should save the money and get the RS130 shells, since what your shop told you is correct.
The only reason to get the 140 would be for the "these go to 11" factor.
With a foam liner the boot will be a little stiffer anyways.
