Man, everyone is sure getting soft these days. It's not that tough to deal with multiple kids. I have three, ranging from 6 years to 9 months. My wife lets me go skiing all the time - no big deal as long as no one is sick. Then when I'm back, I'll take all three and let her go do what she wants. It's not really that hard - people build it up too much in their heads.
I've convinced my wife that it is best that I take my two kids one at a time when we ski. They are different levels so there is truth to this. But, I get out a little more often as a result of owing the other kid a trip if I took kid 1 last week. That said, I only get to really ski when they are in a lesson or skiing with a friend/group so I can sneak off with the big kids now. You're headed for a time when you'll be skiing switch on greens for a year or two getting them up to speed. It's worth it to turn them in to "skiers" though.
