I've been looking for a ski for exactly this style, anybody know what this is?

ON3P from Portland, Oregon.  Started by some folks who got going on NewSchoolers and TGR.

I have owned a couple of their skis, they are pretty fun and built like a ton of bricks.  Never skied a more durable ski (edges and bases).

The model in this photo is hard to tell.  Maybe a Caylor though it looks a little narrower than 120mm.

But maybe Scott and the crew at ON3P can guide you in more to find the ski you want.

Hey - Sander skied on the 191cm Caylor last year, and is on the 191cm Jeffrey 122 this year.  If you have any questions on skis, just give our factory a call - 503-206-5909 - or shoot us an email at info@on3pskis.com.  Enjoy the holidays.  Thanks!
