Top of foot, toes numbing after several hours of wear (Lang 195's)

Hi Everyone

This forum is great learning so much was an avid skier when I was younger from 3-16 then went to snowboarding for the past 8 years. Last year i got outfitted with a whole new setup. I absolutely love everything I purchases except sadly my boots. I have had them custom fitted by two different boot fitters the shop that sold them to me that clearly just wanted my money, and another shop whom said that plain and simple they were the wrong boot for my wide foot right from the get go. So my question to you is, is there any way I can still make these current boots work, or do I need to purchase brand new boots and if so what are the ones you recommend.

I have a wide food size 12, medium arch, large calves. I currently have the Langs punched out, toe box widened, bottom plastic shaved down, the pre made insoles that are a mild insole not drastic at all. I also have the calf pads removed for more room. Even with the toe box's at one notch with no friction my toes still feel crushed.

Need info?

What length feet? Not in a shoe size please.

What size boots?

What circumference calves at top of liner?

Also would help to know boot model, foot width would help such as "C", "D", etc. and boot size in Mondo point.
