Anyone know how many pieces of strapping tape = one degree? Putting between my lifters and my boot. I thought it was 4 pieces but don't know.

Shit I meant Canting in the title.

I liked it the first way. More interesting. Anyway, strapping tape will compact, shift, generally be a PITA, no? Why not get a plastic shim from a hardware store, or make one from a sheet of poly that will cost you maybe $1.50 at a hobby/art supply store?

Always have used strapping tape. Shims won't be consistant.

Think you mean "consistent." Unclear how industrially machined plastic is more variable than built up layers of tape, but I'll take your word for it; I've only had canting  done on the bottom of the sole. All good. Sorry, don't have a clue how many layers make a degree.
