How to start a Mogul ski team in Southern Wisconsin

Any ideas on how to raise money and start a mogul ski team in Southern Wisconsin?

Okay, I'll give this thread a bump (ha!) with some lame suggestions.

How about a ski movie night?  I once attended a Warren Miller flick in a lecture room at the General Motors Institute in Flint, MI.  I'm sure they got the room for free but that film must have cost them a bit.  Lots of DVDs available nowadays.  Fistful of Moguls?

Ski swap?

Car wash?

Maybe a 24 hour bump-a-thon where you take per lap pledges?

Bake sale?

Join USSA Freestyle and see if you can get the contacts lists for other members/competitors in the area?

Hello bumpfreaq:

Good ideas!  Thank you regarding the fundraising aspect.

Do you have any ideas regarding a "method" to submit proposal to ski resorts.

Do you recommend being involved with USSA organization?

I just want to make sure that this is planned out with success.

Is there a blog to subscribe to that spells all of this out.

Let me know or direct me to someone who does, for this business aspect.

Thank you.
