Tyrolia Attack 13 release problem? - URGENT

I read some reviews on the new Tyrolia Attack 13 that the toe piece has some problems? Here's what I mean: http://www.backcountry.com/tyrolia-attack-13-alpine-binding?ti=U2VhcmNoIFJlc3VsdHM6dHlyb2xpYSBza2kgYmluZGluZ3M6MToxOnR5cm9saWEgc2tpIGJpbmRpbmdz&skid=HEA000E-SOLBLA-ONESIZ (user comments)

I can get a great deal on Fischer Ranger 88 TI skis with these bindings (well, with the Fischer logo on it, but it's exactly the same, right?) Should I be worried and order that ski with the Marker Griffon in stead? If quality is the same, I'ld rather go for the Attacks...

Hope to get some feed-back.

Thanks

One review on one website. He could have bought a mojo if he wanted. Sounds like an axe is in the grinding shop to me. Thousands of these are on the hill without incident that I,ve heard.
Second review was about the brake... Most likely shipping mistake. Some ship with brakes, some don't. I also no of no cases of yhos binding failing in mount testing. Personally, id ski them without hesitation.

No, the product description clearly states that the brake is not included, the reviewer acknowledges this, but still feels 'cheated'. Maybe the reviewer should have wondered why the price was $30 less than everyone else, but.. people are stupid.

The Tyrolia Attack 13 is a better binding than the Marker Griffon.

Agreed. Far better than the Griffon.

You would think one of the "frequently Purchased with..." items would be one of the brakes.

I've had Mojos/Peak 12s and 15s and also have Attack 13s. No prerelease issues all last year. Attack 13s been solid for me.
