I am posting this because of the "Moving the Wrong Way" thread.

There are other great points in JF's other vids, too.

And 'you' should watch hours of Dr. Ken vids :

I think JF is saying: All the parts of the turn should be present - All the Time; but these percentages change constantly. Don't just ride and edge without turning the feet. Don't just drop the hip into the turn at the expense of loosing a long outside leg. Inclination must have elements of upper/lower separation.

 

Dr. Ken will make comments like:  "Your legs are short when they should be long".

Thanks...it seems like "loading the outside of the ski" is a great way to describe the problems that I and other some other people on this thread have been having.
