Here's my take on what Jamt sees.
I see the action that happens as she goes over the ridge as what she needed to do to reestablish pressure so she could finish her direction change. There's a natural tendency to get light as you encounter an increase in steepness. Her turn was not yet completed as she got light, thus we see the big build in pressure again Jamt also noticed. It's her getting strongly back into the turn again after getting light, so she can quickly get that last bit of direction change she needs. For a moment she reestablishes the turn, then just as quickly, once the extra needed direction change was accomplished, she releases the turn via her ILE move.
