Fs: Salomon XMax 120, 27.5

Used 60 days. Liner and boot were never cooked or modified. Even though I skied them 60 days, they were a bit too volumuos for my liking and I went with something else this year. Boots are in good shape. They do need new heels and toes. I will include the old ones but they are toast. 315mm

$225 shipped

I've been thinking about getting a pair of Salomon's to replace my tight fitting Head Raptors.  Why would you have put 60 days on these, never cooked the liner, and then decide they are to "voluminous"?  Whats the replacement?

Interestingly enough, I just replaced with Head Raptors. I bought these and realized they were too big. Our child was born and financially couldn't justify buying new boots. I didn't cook them with intentions of selling them. I got raptors this year that have a bit less volume.

I think you are misleading potential buyers in the wrong direction and is why they haven't sold. I have these boots in a smaller size and would have considered buying if the size you are selling wasnt way too big for me.

These boots aren't large volume boots. They do need to be sized down because they run slightly long. My normal size is a 25.5 but I wear a 24.5 in this boot. According to the measurements my boot fitter did, my feet are consistent (i.e. All key measurements are close to the same number).

There is ZERO extra volume in this boot for me. I can't even wear a thin ski sock. Only a sock liner.

A 27.5 in this boot would work well for some one on the large size of a 27.5 or even better for someone that usually gets a 28.5 if they want a racer fit. I needed a punch and to cook the liners.

This is a great deal on great boots for the person with the size that fits it. It is NOT a large volume boot.

Let hope so after you gave them away! Biggest price drop I have ever seen. Now you have ruined the market and if I sell mine I might get $35? Most important is I am glad you were able to sell yours.
