I was out skiing last Thursday and took a little fall after getting in the backseat. Pretty minor fall, but it seems I may have bruised my back a bit. I didn't notice any pain until Friday when it actually hurt to jump and run. I tried skiing again on Saturday, but my form was terrible as it felt like every tiny bump or transition was transmitted to my back. I know I need to strengthen my core to prevent any further injury, but does anyone have a good recommendation for stretches, exercises to loosen up my back to get back out on the slopes? Right now I'm taking a few days off to prevent a more serious injury.
