EpicSki Donations & Supporter Renewals

Thread Starter
It's time to make my once a year request for donations to support the EpicSki website. This site is 100% funded by voluntary donations from users, and hosting/bandwidth/software costs continue to rise as our membership and usage grows.

So if you feel EpicSki provides value, please consider contributing. EpicSki does not make a profit, every penny donated goes to building and improving the community (mostly on the back-end -- keeping the server reliable and as fast as possible, plus software improvements). Donations also help to keep banner and pop-up ads off this site. Many members think of this along the lines of a magazine subscription and donate accordingly.

Donors of $20/year or more get their account upgraded to "Supporter Status", which provides a "Supporter" tag under their names on all posts, and access to the Supporter Lounge and the Premium Article Collection (private sections of the website).

Donation Details (click here for more info)

Those who donated $20 last year, please consider another donation this year to maintain your "Supporter" status and access to the private forums.

Thank you! You guys make this community a great place to hang out in.

I bet the most generous "user" is AC.

$20 is minimal - think of a larger number. On an annual basis, it makes sense. On an annual basis:

How much do you pay for all ski magazines purchased in one year? How much per subscription? How much to go to the movies (yourself and your partner, with popcorn). How much in vending machines? How much in parking meters? How much for beer? How much for on-mountain lunch? How long can this list be made to make the point?
