Junior or Adult Race Skis?

Trying to decide between junior or adult race skis for my 14 year old son (slalom & GS).  He's 5'8", 117 lbs.  This will be his first season racing.  He's a very good skier, been on skis since he was 2 and spends most of his time in the park.  I've received conflicting reports on whether he should be in junior skis or not.

Any input would be appreciated.

He might be able to get away with a Super Junior  156 SL and GS in a 175 because of his weight but depending on how he progresses, could be out of them mid season so I would just start on adult skis but a 23M in GS.

I have 2 different ski coaches, one who has seen him ski and one who has not seen him ski, telling me to go with Junior skis.  I would hate to buy Junior skis and have him outgrow them in a month.  On the other hand, I don't want to put him in something that's too much ski for him either.

JR SKIS.  Still not big and strong enough for adult.  Let him get a ski he can really flex.  They are plenty of ski in the Jr.
