Atomic Cloud D2 75 148's

Just got these for $200 brand new.  Very excited to try them!  My husband thinks they're a bit short for my ski level and that I'd have more fun on a longer ski.   5'2", 95 lbs, intermediate.  I feel pretty comfortable on most intermediate trails and try to push it a little above my level.  Will be on the East Coast.  Do you think I went too short??

I think it was the 148 I demo'd 4 or 5 years ago. I'm 1/2 inch taller and a lot of pounds heavier than you, skiing on the east coast at that time. For $200, it's hard for it to be a bad decision. You could get that much for them, in decent condition, at a ski swap.

Try them and if you don't like them, tell him how right he was and see if you can sweet-talk a new pair out of him.

It sounds perfect.   I skied an older version of these skis and I'm shorter but about your weight.  I don't believe you want longer.
