Can anyone compare the performance characteristics of the:
Fischer Progressor 900;
Head iSupershape Rally;
Well, first things first:
The Progressor and the Rally are both racy feeling frontside carvers. The big difference between them is feel, Fischers tend to feel more lively, the Heads feel more damp and quiet, but basically they are built to rip short to medium dynamic carved turns... and that's about all they want to do. The Latigo... isn't. It's a what could be called a frontside freeride ski. Want a ski that can carve a powerful arced turn, but can also happily smear turns with a flat base? Want a ski that is fun in moguls, fun playing on the edge of a trail? Do you take yourself too seriously to buy a twintip? Buy a Latigo.
