It is next to impossible to leave negative feedback on ebay lately.  I guess it was hurting their sales.  I think they are biting the "trusting buyer's hand" that feeds them.

A few years ago Ebay changed their policies so that sellers could no longer leave negative feedback about buyers.  But I know of no restriction on buyers leaving negative feedback for sellers, which is the only thing that would be relevant here.  Can you elaborate?

It's possible for sellers at auction to exclude buyers with certain types of negative feedback.

I definitely need a laptop with a better screen. I can't see any of that stuff on my screen. The laptop has definitely been used more than 4 hours--it's a 2006 Toshiba that refuses to die.

The basis of online trading is trusting the other person and eBay's feedback system revolutionized the platform.  It makes it superior to buying or selling in other ways because it allows participants to be able to get feedback from previous customers.  It also creates an incentive for players to behave themselves and protect their reputations.  The feedback system takes the entire world and turns it into a small town where everyone knows everyone's reputation.  If someone has a few good transactions as a seller but is a POS as a buyer, I might hesitate to bid on their items.  My mom used to say "being kind of honest is like being kind of pregnant".

So..by the time you load all the images and overlays, the skis will have definitely had  4 hours of use?
