Yes, skiing and music go way back. We have seen K2 work with the Rolling Stones, Head work with Motorhead and a few others. What ski company would you like to see work with what ski company? Steely Dan has mentioned skiing in their music from Cousin Dupree "I pretended to be readin' the National Probe while I watched her wax her skis.." What ski company would you match to Donald and Walter? What about The B-52's? Genesis? The Black Crows (easy there ;))? The White Stripes? Name your band, name your ski company.

Nordica and AC/DC would go together quite well, especially since N's headstart with some Hell's Belles )).

Aslo, Red Hot Chili Peppers could inspire some wicked themed skis, like these custom-built RHCP-inspired boards from Russia:

Minor Threat with DPS, bear with me for a second- DPS sure doesn't seem like a punk outfit, but DPS marches to their own drummer. They build skis for what they want to ski- powder, and almost nothing else. They are 'out of step' with the rest of the ski industry and have a true DIY attitude. They are passionate about skiing powder, they aren't really trying to be anything else and they don't seem interested in pretending to care, either. They brought manufacturing in-house in Utah, DIY personified... they aren't trying to project an image, they are living what they believe and as such they are an inspiration to a small but dedicated following... although DPS isn't straight edge like Ian MacKaye, they are pretty darn serious about skiing powder.

I can imagine DPS quoting Ian Mackaye "it's not how old I am, it's how old I feel"
