K2 Potion 84 - 153
Salomon Quartz 153
Blizzard Viva - 153
Head Absolute Joy has a bigger range to choose from so you could go with the 153 or the 148. As you know the 148 will be more nimble while the 153 will be more stable at speed.
The other three skis on the list are all available in 146 and 153, while the 2 cm is negligible for the most part, her size is on the upper cusp of the 140's, especially if you want a ski that can grow with her.
And, FWIW, Head is killing it with the Joy line this coming season. You won't find it used because its a new ski for the coming season but the package price for ski and binding is still close to the range you want to spend.
Edit, I didn't catch her weight earlier, I'd still stick with the 153 range but wouldn't consider the 148's at all.
