Ski or Snowboard after ACL?

Hi everyone I tore my ACL 2 years ago and had successful surgery. I used to ski a lot when i was younger (i am 21 now). Anyone that had the same situation know if you'll be good skiing or snowboarding? Or which one may be safer(if that is such a thing) haha. Thanks!

Welcome to EpicSki!  This answer is that lots of people ski after ACL reconstruction surgery who were a lot older--over 45--when they had do deal with pre-op and post-op knee rehab, .  For that matter, there are also advanced/expert skiers who don't have an ACL but that's another story.  Look in the Fitness, Health, etc. section.
