Nice pair of MX78's with the rare, expensive and awesome KTI plates and upgraded K12 bindings. I had MX78's with the stock bindings and no plates and these are more powerful for sure. The plate is attached to the middle of the ski and is on rollers so the ski can flex naturally.
The flex and rebound are sublime. The faster you ski the better they perform but they are also happy to take it easy. These rip the groomers but they are also my favorite crud skis...they are so strong and powerful. Really fun to link fast gs turns in a foot of cut up snow.
Plus these have the classy, understated graphics.

Bindings adjust on the plate to fit any boot without remounting and you can play with stance (forward and back).
The only "flaw" I could find (other than normal surface scuffs) is a ding in one of the translucent tip inserts (see photos)
