Cold (around 40*) and rainy at our house at 8,000 feet. Been seeing pictures of Indy, Monarch, and La Veta passes covered in snow, so popped on Wolf Creek's webcam expecting dumpage.
Nope. Bare ground.
This is ok. I have a hell of a lot of work to do unpacking and laying down flooring in my new house, and I need to get it done before ski season.
What I DO NOT NEED is an early October 40-60" dump that makes the mountain ready to rock. It would be torture. Make it the first week in November and we are all good.
