I'm not expecting them to ski like the SFB or MPO. Neither of those skis skied like anything I've previously owned either. So, I'm expecting there to be a learning curve for this type of ski and snow. There would be zero motivation to purchase a new ski in this category on my part, except my plans for a trip to California, where, apparently, it snows like three times a season, and the predicted bad winter here in Montana. I love the skis I have right now but I'm not going to quit skiing or stick to groomers because my tool of choice isn't really the appropriate one given the conditions. I'll just become another one of those guys who owns three skis and gets yelled at by his wife for spending too much money on skis and too much time on the slopes.
