Sunny East facing stuff.
Outhouse comes immediately to mind, as well as stuff off of Sunnyside (I wonder why it is named that ;) ).
Skiers left of Panorama chair should also soften, although skiers right should harbor some of the best chances for snow that hasn't gone through thaw/freeze (but that is becoming a remote chance).
I would love for somebody to correct me, but it has been my experience that Winter Park can be a really tough mountain to navigate in Spring conditions. Lots of trails can't drain enough and become really gluey from excess moisture. Edelweiss heading back to Pano tends to become this pretty early, which sucks because the bowl offers up some of the best Spring skiing- high altitude, sunny, different aspects, and enough pitch (and ungroomed slopes) to allow the slopes to drain and develop good corn.
Likewise, I would stay away from trails that feed into Corona Way.
