NASTAR website

Anyone have a clue as to what's going on with the NASTAR website? I went there to check some of my runs from last season and the place looks like a ghost town. The links are non-functional, the forums are gone and no results either. I thought maybe it was down for maintenance but it has been like that for better than a week now. Just curious.....

I just checked and my account and results are there.

My results are also there.  Me thinks OP has the wrong link?

Maybe they're purging all those runs I'd rather not recall.

Haha I wish!  Timberline had a smokin' pace setter last time I skied gates dumping me from gold the previous runs to bronze last time out.  Fortunately I move up in age groups this season so I should be back on track next time out hahahaha..

By the way, there is an EpicSki Bears friends and family team set up.  Everyone here that runs NASTAR should join the team :-)

I'm starting to miss it.

I did dust off the speed suit make one run last spring.

Pretty rusty but still Platinum.

I noticed the course at Nubs has changed now that the pacesetters are all running 23 or 25 m skis.

I was on 16 m skis and they were way too turney for the round line the fast guys were skiing.

Anybody else notice this?

Yeah, we've had this conversation before. Unfortunately my league - that leverages Nastar for scoring - uses "friends and family" teams, for reasons that are lost in the mists of time - probably human error on the part of the race organizers at the mountain. You can only be on one "friends and family" team. Ergo no Bears membership for me. If I end up someday racing OTHER Nastar courses I may register with a different name and join the Bears with that account,

Lady_Salina's (Canada L3 instructor?) usually solid Platinum but barely managed to squeak out a gold on her last run of about 6 that day at Timberline.  All her other runs were only silver.  FWIW, she didn't beat me by much and I was on fat skis hahaha..  But, really we all got killed by that pace setter that day..

This is really strange. I normally use Firefox at home and that visit to the NASTAR website basically came up empty, so I tried IE. With that I at least had labels on the buttons across the top. I tried to visit the site this morning from work thinking that maybe my home 'puter needed an update or something but, I got the same results with both Firefox and IE. And yes, I am using the correct link / address. I even tried going thru Google to get there. No change. I stumped...

The website must have been down for maintenance. Without making any changes to my computer, I now have access. Go figure.....
