Yes, I've been looking very close at those vibrations in her lower leg. It looks like her shin is bending/lengthening/shortening, which of course it isn't. Pretty weird to see.
I think what's happening is she is flexing the boot cuff. The boot tongue's top edge then slides upward along her shin, moving the Atomic band upwards into the other stuff on her leg, creating the illusion that her lower leg is compressing and changing shape.

Keeping the COM forward by bending at the waist during peak load may not be PSIA but is critical for racing carved turns.
That stand up and look around PSIA vertical upper body doesn't work at 100% throttle.
