Dobermann WC 130 vs Technica R9.3 110 flex?

Hi Guys,

I currently ski on Nordica Dobermann WC100, 95mm shell. Great boot, really suits my skinny feet and light weight. Looking at the offering from Technica and Nordica and it appears the two boots mentioned the Nordica 130 WC and the Technica R9.3 are the same boot just different colour schemes.

Does anyone know what accounts for the 20 flex difference, are they using same plastic or is it just a deeper V cut in the shell?

Could always get 100s again but I wanted to try a higher cuff. The Technica 110s look great but are almost impossible to find for sale (I'm in Europe BTW) which is why I was wondering if the Nordicas were actually the same boot bar some flex cuts.

Thanks

Simon

What year boots are you looking at? Certain model Nordica Dobermans are designed to push your feet out one degree. This is terrible for proper knee and ankle articulation.

The Nordica and Technica boots are identical.

The 100 flex and 110 flex are completely different boots.Slightly thicker plastic, and a differently built bottom part of the boot influence the cuff height in the higher flex boot. The flex cuts should be the standard V in both the Nordica and Technica boots.
