Help figuring out old skis! Help a noob out!

Hey guys! Im new to the forum and need help figuring out what these skis are. I found these in my garage and was wondering if anybody knows what type these are? age? Vaule?  Any info would help, thanks!

Value?  Close to zilch - they look rough.  I guess if you wanted to put them up on a wall in your ski chalet they'd look pretty good once you cleaned them up a bit and straightened out the cables.

They have value as to decor. We used to sell that stuff for close to what new old stock skis go for, $300-400 bucks. There are suppliers that specialize in that stuff. If I can remember the name of the outfit that we used to get them from, I'll let you know. Something like Ski Country Antiques... Yes! http://skicountryantiques.com

See if they'll buy them. Probably won't give you that much, though. Maybe $50-100? They look like they've got that center ridge people like, but not very glossy.

You don't say where you are, but if they won't take them, they might be salable in ski area towns on Craigslist or a flea market or local antique shop. Less so in a metro area.

Depending on location and condition $30 to $100 bucks.  they look to be 1940's vintage.
