It's summer ,time to get your squat on

The 5/3/1 program is excellent. I use it more for deadlifts, bench press and split squats than for squats. The original program is just back squats, not front and back, with the other three days as military press, bench press, and deadlift. I believe there's an updated version, so maybe this article (ref to front and back squat) is based on that?
