I picked up a waterproof case at the local dollar store for about 2 bucks. Works fantastic. You plug in the headphone cable on the inside, and there is an output on the outside of it to plug headphones into. It's got a double zip-loc style seal at the top which you then role up and velcro shut. Seeing as we are in the rainy season here (and the rainiest one they've had in a long time at that) I've been riding in the rain about 80% of my rides, and its worked great.
Thanks, there's a new Family Dollar Store right here in Georgetown. I'll check it out this afternoon. The only problem I've seen so far is that the light (flash) won't shut off, and the ringer/headphone volume keeps going all the way down. Wifi, browser, camera, texting, and calls all working fine. Keeping my fingers crossed that the flash and volume control issues clear up when it's completely dried out.
Maybe I should start a wet iPhone anti-stoke thread?
I bagged riding yesterday, and threw together a quick edit of the same tired old awesome downhill I've posted before, but with more angles. Still want to get some fly-by footy, just to try and capture the speed, but it's coming along nicely! Edited to Skinny Puppy's "Love In Vein" for any of you industrial death-metal fans, but that could change too...
