You had that made up special, I'm thinking. Can't imagine anyone trying to sell others on the idea.

He couldn't have made it up himself.  Everything is spelled correctly.

Actually, it's not a ski instructor, it's Tyrone Shoelaces:

Well lookie there it is @Tyrone Shoelaces  Let's see if he approves of the t-shirt too????

Interesting that they are using @Tyrone Shoelaces's likeness. I am sure they got permission and are paying him a % of the sales. Just like what @Josh Matta found a likeness of Gaperboy in a print add locally in Vermont.

I'd be even more interested in how EpicSki's new parents feel about that.  Don't they own all the rights and permissions to all of the content posted here???

I'm guessing Josh gave them the design and didn't worry about the art.

I guess as the subject matter, you have a right to ask them.

Off-topic, perhaps, but an important point!

NO, they do not. Posters own, and are ultimately responsible for, the content of their posts. If you want to reuse it somewhere else, that's your right--you own the copyright. If anyone else--including EpicSki or its parent company--wants to reuse it, technically, they do not own the copyright.

Best regards,

Bob

PS--I like the shirt(s)!

Also--good to see you back, Tyrone Shoelaces! Hope you'e been well.

Best regards,

Bob

Hey thanks Bob....I think above was my first post here again in...a couple of years?  Only reason I saw it is because I 'tagged' in thread and got an email notification.

Life is great here, hope the same for you!

oh yeah full swing for sure!  I didn't ski much this past season so it's kind of been in full swing for quite some time now...which is ok.

Good for you.  Especially since Tahoe wasn't blessed with much of a snow year, with your home mountain being about the best of the blessed.
