On 3/20/14 I posted a comment on the epic failure of my Chaval heated gloves.
After 8-10 uses the gloved just failed to work.
Chaval, aware of my post called me, after hours on a Friday evening, to see what they could do to remedy the situation. When I explained the problem, at their expense, they had me return the gloves with a promise to repair or replace them. About a week later I received a follow up email, and phone call to let me know that the gloves could not be repaired and so a new pair would be shipped within a couple of days. As it was near the end of the cold season here in Minnesota I had a limited amount of time to test the new gloves, but they appear to work very well. Chaval has made good on their promise to stand behind their product and have asked to be allowed further follow up this next cold season to be sure I am satisfied with my purchase. Sometimes stuff just breaks, but Chaval has proven to me with their superior customer service that they stand behind what they sell.
