Actually yes.  She learned them very easily and was fine.  Tough chick!  I remember that trip well.  We drove up from SoCal and got to Squaw around 4AM and crashed in the car in the parking lot for a few hours.  Oh to be young and foolish again!  So much better than being old and foolish as I am now.

Hey everyone,

 

Quick update. Kick turns were much easier to do after seeing these suggestions and video. I tried them a few times and am still a little awkward with them, but after practicing them a few more times again next year they should be ready for prime-time.  Sitting back on the poles and really using them to steady myself helped a lot on the first couple that I did. Thanks for all of your help!
