This "place" is so lively and interesting that
keeps me "here" even when the season is over and I am supposed to be by the seaside, sunbathing...

Only few days left, though, then it's back to the big city and to work, sigh!

Yes, there is some.
Stelvio Glacier Sorry, German/Italian language site only
Tonale Glacier
Val Senales Glacier, again, only German and Italian pages are available...

These three are all in Italian territory, they there's Cervinia which uses the Swiss portion of the Glacier (Zermatt)
Stelvio was operative till november (then the road was blocked by snow and they called off the "summer" season) all others
operate until the snow melts, then close for August (if it melts before that, then they close earlier) and re-open october-november)
