I came across a new free streaming service named Hoopla that partners with public libraries to deliver digital media online. Their content library is so so now but I suspect it will build over time. More info here....

Ever wanted to watch something online, but weren't sure where you could get it? Found a service named Can I Stream It that will search across multiple content providers to find a movie or tv show for you and tell you whether it's free, available as part of a subscription, or to buy a la carte...
