Armor All protectant for maintence/perserving ?

Thread Starter

Checked the search forum and really couldn't find any reference other then "body armor", etc.

Quite awhile back I had some bindings (OLD SKIIS !!!) that had the "whitish" discoloration on the toe+ heel pieces DID NOT use it on any contact points where boot meets binding.

Worked like a charm !!! Also found that it "kinda restores" the top sheet.

Was curious about it's possible applications for ski boots. Would it help preserve/prolong the boot or do you think it would make them less stiff ?

Thoughts/experience ?                                                                                                    THANK YOU

Armor All like you put on the dashboard of your car ? Am I missing something here ? That stuff is slippery.

I would not put it on skis or boots. Boots should be kept in a dry place buckled out of the sun light. Skis should have the DINS turned down, a light coat of some wax on the metal edges and stored in the dry place too.
