This was linked on PSIA's Facebook page yesterday and gave me a couple of WTFs. For starters as an instructor, I don't like accusatory tone - especially when I read my own words in it!
I often use the words "Keep your ski tips more even" and I use them specifically because I understand that the skis should have some tip lead. If I thought they should be even, I'd say keep your "ski tips even". Should I be more wordy and say "Keep your ski tips less un-even"?
Also in the third "myth" - there is obvious confusion about the difference between rotation, counter, and counter-rotation. Nice job guys!
I will note that Lipton doesn't seem to have penned the article himself, and not all of the parts I take exception to are within quotation marks, but it's still his name on it.
Have at it guys!
