(As of December)..a member of the laid-off community...but soon to be on the payroll again....but a MAJOR plus to have broken ties with the last company!!!(a major WoooHooo!!!)..nothing like power politics, back stabbing...etc..to ruin a good bite of the day.
Born: Bangor, Maine, moved to the country outside of Troy, NY...then to Boston for work..then school..then better work
My fourth season of my new life!!
...really, till 1997 it was the vicious endless loop of lousy alignment & technique = little fun = little time spent on the mountains = a FeW lessons.
1)Skiing is the greatest rush on this planet.
2)Can't get enough of it...this will undoubtedly influence the longevity of #3.
3)Am still living within the sprawl of urban NewEngland.
My 16" 4Runner tires have made trenches to SundayRiver..but Wachusett is the local hill.
~1hr from the Boston area...yet is often uncrowded. Little mountain, yet with enough trails to filter out the crowd and allow some work on one's technique(great, IF you've had access to the right info..
Sugarloaf (Maine), just a fun mountain...with/without
friends..SundayRiver is the close second.(mainly by it's easy drive from Boston). Really enjoyed Sugarbush, MRG, Killington(weekdays)..when over there. Looking to ski Attitash (NH) this season too.
