I have a set of Marker Barons mounted on Bret Chetler skis. The shop mounted the bindings in the middle of the ski - I think this is the traditional back country mounting position. After skiing them, I prefer to have the bindings mounted slightly rearward like normal skis. It looks like the binding can slide back on the slider plate a couple of cm. Can somebody tell me if you can move the bindings on the plate and how? Tried to find Marker manuals online and what I found didn't say anything about the ability to adjust the bindings on the slide plate.
If I can't adjust these by sliding them on the plate, then I'm open to advice on whether I should have them remounted or just learn to ski with the bindings mounted in this more central position.
