Does anyone have an opinion on which of these moldable boots works better? Fisher Vacuum vs. Salomon X Pro.  Thanks

I really wanted the vacuum boot but either it doesn't come in my size, 24.5, or no one around had them.....never got a really clear answer....so I got the X Pro 120.  Heated  the liner but not the shell.  I like them a lot.  Denise got the vacuum and just loves the fit and performance.  She had some foot surgery last year and fitting is kind of funky.  The Vacuum process made that much easier.

Get the one that fits your foot best without molding.

They sort of do different things; in general one expands (Salomon) and the other contracts. I love my Salomon X MAX 130's but did not try the Fischer. I've noticed one of my favorite shops here in North Tahoe has dropped Fischer but have no idea what that means. As always, put yourself in the hands of a good bootfitter and forget about the hype.
