Get Good or Stay Home

We have space for a few more students at EpicSki Academy, but we're going to have to draw the line January 12 on new admissions, as a courtesy to our students and coaches. Those of you who have emailed me inquiring about space available, please act now. We do not want to turn anyone away, because this year's Academy is going to be extraordinary. The snowfall stats boggle the imagination: 8 feet in 9 days recently!

We have booked what I consider to be the Dream Team of coaches. Bob Barnes is Head Coach. His roster:

Tom Burch, Copper Mountain, Colorado
Eric DesLauriers, Sugar Bowl, California
Carolyn Fushimi, Brighton, Utah
Randy Jenkins, Deer Valley, Utah
Roger Kane, Sunburst Ski Area, Wisconsin
Chip Loring, The Canyons, Utah
Maggie Loring, Snowbird, Utah
Ric Reiter, Vail, Colorado
Joan Rostad, Bridger Bowl, Montana
Rob Sogard, Snowbird, Utah
Weems Westfeldt, Aspen, Colorado
Joanne Yankovich, Vail, Colorado

Best of all is the student group we have on the rolls--based on our email communication so far, I get the impression that everyone is primed for January 25-29. What a recipe for an incredibly good time!

I would like to wish all of you lucky folks (both coaches and students) the absolute best of dream ski experiences. My new job will keep me away from ESA this year , but I am beginning to strategize on participating next year : . Please be sure to post so that those of us who are unable to join you can experience some of it vicariously!

All the best!

Impressive coaching line up.

I think the boy coaches better watch out for those girl coaches.
