I have to admit I was hoping for Josh's review of these skis when I saw the title:

http://highsocietyfreeride.com/shop/powchickawowwow-full-rocker

They look interesting, and I saw a few decent skiers on them at Aspen... and they are a great end of season deal at $369.  Not sure if that top sheet works at Stowe, though :)

CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 90

gawd those looks sweet. not sure really how much they would out preform my Patrons though.....

Second hand review... my buddy demoed those skis on a pow day this weekend.  Didn't like them.  Said they were "like skiing on a battleship."   He tried the camber version and didn't bother trying the full rocker version since he figured they would also be too stiff also.  Wish he would have tried those too.   He's about 5'11" 190lbs and normally skis 177 Kendos and Mantras, so he's not afraid of a stiff ski.  He's a good skier, and is the guy following me at Aspen Highlands on his Mantras in this video.

And... he tried my Sickles and loved them, saying he was immediately comfortable on them.   So he bought the Sickle.

Sweet POV's, it definitely looks like you know all the shots in your backyard! Pretty cool trees to be shredding through. We get the Tamaracks and Aspens out here that drop their leaves, kinda similar. I'm impressed with on how much pow you guys got on the East. Great Job and keep charging!
